K+W Builders, Inc. has been serving the Duluth and surrounding communities since 2004. Prior to 2004 Shawn was a co-owner in another construction company and has now solely owned K+W Builders since 2012.
K+W Builders focuses on residential construction, tackling a wide range of projects from building new homes, constructing additions and building decks to replacing siding and windows. They are experts in interior remodeling, with a particular focus on kitchens and bathrooms. A secondary bedroom provides enough space for two beds, or the ability to be used as a home office and guest bedroom at the same time.
